Feeling As Stiff As A Board- Deadlifts

I had a hard time getting out of bed today but I was determined to get into the gym again today plus my gym mom, Jayne was maxing out her deadlift and I had to her in action!

As for my deadlifts… They’ve never felt so slow… not hard just slow…
